Emma McIntosh

Emma McIntosh

Clinical psychologist
BArts(Hons), MPsych(Clin)

Emma’s sessions are charged at the ‘endorsed psychologist’ counselling prices.

Emma is a psychologist with endorsement in clinical psychology. She has gained experience in working with a wide variety of clients in university, hospital, and private settings. Over time, she has worked with many late-identified neurodivergent clients who are just starting to understand their neurotype, leading to her developing a strong interest in working with neurodivergent people, and a passion for providing safe, affirming therapy.

Emma aims to build her clients’ strengths and help them navigate their goals in a collaborative and comfortable environment. Her approach is non-judgemental, creative, and flexible to her clients’ needs; she loves to learn about her clients’ passions and find little ways to incorporate these into therapy. No two brains are the same, therefore Emma works with her clients to better understand themselves and what they need, fostering self-discovery and building self-compassion.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys playing video games, baking, and taking endless photos of her dog.

Emma provides counselling on Mondays and Tuesdays, and assessments on Wednesdays.
